Rules for using the NAI-NAI gift certificate

These rules govern the use of gift certificates purchased from the NAI-NAI store.

1. Definition.

- A gift certificate is an electronic coupon with a unique code that can be used to partially or fully pay for an order in the NAI-NAI store.
- Buyer - an individual or legal entity that purchased a certificate.
- Recipient - a person for whom the certificate is issued.

2. General provisions

- The certificate is created in the form of a unique coupon with the format nai-xxxxxxx.
- After paying for the order and confirming the status of “completed”, the certificate is automatically sent to the recipient's email.
- The certificate can be used once, until its expiration date.

3. Expiration date.

- Standard certificate validity period: 6 months from the date of creation.
- The exact date of expiration is indicated in the certificate letter, as well as in the “Expiration date” field on the order page.

4. Using the certificate

- The certificate can be used for any order in the NAI-NAI store.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the face value of the certificate, the buyer must pay the difference.
- If the purchase amount is less than this, the balance is not saved and is not refundable.
- One certificate can be used only by one user and only once.

5. Limitations.

- The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Loss of the certificate is not a ground for a refund.
- In case of suspected fraud or abuse, the administration reserves the right to cancel the certificate without refund.

6. Protection of personal data (GDPR)

- The personal data of the buyer and the recipient is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- All data is used solely for the purpose of issuing and sending the certificate.
- You can request the deletion or modification of your data in accordance with Articles 15-21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
